I have the honour to forward to you the Hongkong Gazette Extraordinary, and to request that you will administer the oath it contains to such of Hon Majesty's Justices of the Peace as may apply to you for that purpose, and, that you will then forward the oaths to me in order that they may be placed among the Records of this Office.
